Location: Rue Brais, Beaconsfield

Scope: In-ground pool, paver pool deck, bullnose coping, custom glass fence, plantation sod

Objective: Deliver a clean, modern backyard designed for longevity, safety, and architectural cohesion

1. Custom In-Ground Pool Installation

The pool was positioned and excavated with elevation precision to ensure:

  • Proper waterline alignment with the surrounding pavers

  • Controlled surface drainage away from the basin

  • Structural support beneath all coping and perimeter hardscape

Backfill and compaction were performed in controlled lifts to minimize settlement risk around the shell.

2. Bullnose Pool Coping & Paver Deck

The pool perimeter was finished with bullnose coping for a soft edge transition and clean architectural framing.

The surrounding paver deck provides:

  • Stable, slip-resistant walking surface

  • Proper slope away from pool basin

  • Freeze-thaw durability

  • Long-term color consistency

The deck was installed over a properly compacted base with edge restraint to prevent lateral movement.

3. Custom Glass Pool Fence

To preserve sightlines and maintain compliance with Quebec pool safety regulations, we installed a custom frameless glass pool fence.

Key considerations:

  • Structural post anchoring

  • Code-compliant gate hardware

  • Proper panel spacing and alignment

  • Long-term corrosion resistance

The glass fencing maintains openness while meeting safety standards.

4. Plantation Sod Lawn Installation

The lawn was finished with plantation-grade sod over properly prepared topsoil.

Installation included:

  • Rough grading for positive drainage

  • Soil conditioning for root establishment

  • Seam compression to prevent shrinkage

  • Immediate watering protocol

A properly installed lawn is not cosmetic — it completes drainage performance and long-term backyard usability.

This was not a “pool and pavers” add-on.

It was a coordinated backyard build involving:

  • Structural planning

  • Elevation management

  • Code-compliant fencing

  • Hardscape-to-softscape integration

In Beaconsfield, quality is expected. Settlement, uneven coping, or misaligned glass panels are unacceptable.

The final result delivers:

  • A clean, modern pool environment

  • Durable paver deck with architectural bullnose finish

  • Unobstructed glass fencing

  • A fully integrated plantation lawn

Built properly from the base up — engineered for performance, not just presentation.
